Secondary Teacher of the Month - April

The Secondary Teacher of the Month for April is Mr. Ray Solomon. Mr. Solomon teaches Spanish for the 8th - 12th grade.
Mr. Solomon is always helping out students. Many students confide in Mr. Solomon and feel comfortable talking to him. Student know he truly cares about them and takes interest in their activities.
Mr. Solomon has a passion for teaching. He always tries to have interesting lessons for the students. He provides many forms of multimedia to reach all learners.
Mr. Solomon inspires his students with fun activities. Students learn about table setting and food items in Spanish and then they get to go eat at Los Dos where they order in Spanish!
Mr. Solomon stays after school until 5:00 most days. He works with students who want to get caught up or just want to have someone listen to them.
Mr. Solomon is the sponsor for several clubs at CPHS.. He is the Key Club and Spanish Club sponsor as well as the Ready Writing coach. This year he even took students to compete in a Spanish spelling bee. He is a dedicated professional.
