Center Point Elementary is pleased to recognize Ms. Alma Avalos as January Teacher of the Month. Ms. Avalos works hard to make sure her Kindergarten students are successful in the classroom. Her students benefit from her patience and commitment to their success.
Josh Stacey is the Secondary Teacher of the Month for January, 2017.
Nurse Connie has been a loyal and dedicated member of the Center Point ISD staff more than 20 years (since 1995). In the 15 years I have known Nurse Connie, I have observed that she takes tremendous pride in our school and does all that she can to portray CPISD in a positive light to fellow staff members, students, parents, the CP community and the educational and medical communities through her contact with them.
Nurse Connie has a great amount of compassion for others, especially the children she serves in her clinic each day. She helps to organize and support the AfP North Pole Project. She is kind and generous to all persons, whether they are a staff member, student or parent.
Nurse Connie always goes above and beyond to promote positive health habits in others, from organizing health fairs, blood drives, dental checks for students, and “Wellness is the Way” for staff members.
Center Point ISD has truly benefited from Nurse Connie’s compassion, kindness and dedication.
