Course Description: Want to create a Down Home Cajun Culinary Art dish? Many people will say there are a million ways to create Gumbo and no two recipes are alike! Join the Cajun Cookery Class and learn an easy way to prepare Cajun Seafood Gumbo! You will be taught step-by-step how to create this wonderful cuisine.

Materials, Ingredients required: Flour, vegetable oil, onions, water, okra, shrimp, crab boil, seasonings (no measurements, just some of dis and some of dat!)
