Course Description: Are you going to college and want as much free money to help pay for your education? Do you want to learn how to successfully spend your time on the scholarships most likely to come to you? Are you willing to concentrate on your efforts?  If so, then this class is going to save you time, money, and effort. Learn a process that has successfully worked at Schreiner for the last six years. You will set-up and start your scholarship binder and learn how to make it work for you. You will learn how to make any scholarship database work for you. You will learn the best sites to search for scholarships and how to use them.

Instructor: Denise Ames, Assistant Director of Financial Aid Office at Schreiner University

Materials Needed: 3-ring binder, 14 dividers, highlighters

(one parent can accompany student at no additional charge.  Class size is limited so each student can sit at their own computer and do their own search)

Location: Center Point Secondary Library #8-01

Dates: Oct. 26, 2010 (Registration Deadline Oct. 21, 2010)
