Understanding the Chakra System (New)
CE-5
Course Description: Do you want to understand the Chakra System by Creating Balance with Kundalini Yoga? If you have heard the word “chakra” but were not sure what it meant? Have you wondered if your chakras were in balance? Have you wanted to learn more about the chakra system? If so, then this workshop is for you. This workshop will help participants understand the chakra system. You will learn how to identify which chakras within your energy system are “blocked” or “closed”. Students will also be introduced to Kundalini Yoga techniques that will help to bring balance to their chakra system, releasing energy to flow freely.
This two hour class will allow students to experience all elements of a Kundalini Yoga practice, and enjoy a period of gong relaxation. It is recommended that students purchase the book “The Kundalini Yoga Experience” to use during this workshop and their personal practice. Copies of the book will be available for purchase on the day of the workshop. No yoga experience is required for the workshop. The cost will be $15 for the two hour course.
