Cooking: Easy Yakisoba
Course Description: Would you like to cook a delicious meal that will seem like you slaved over the stove for hours? Come to this class to learn a quick Yakisoba dish that is made from everyday Top Ramen Noodles! You have the opportunity to watch the Yakisoba entrée being prepared and know you will enjoy. Yakisoba is prepared by stir-frying ramen-style noodles with bite-sized pork (I use chicken and beef too) and vegetables (asparagus, Chinese Cabbage, onions, and carrots).
Yakisoba (焼きそば), literally "fried noodles", is a dish often sold at festivals in Japan, but originates in China. The dish was derived by the Chinese from the traditional chow mein but has been more heavily integrated into Japanese cuisine like ramen. Limited space so register early.
