Sam McLarty - Director of Support Services
Mr. McLarty has taken over as the Director of the Support Services Department. The Support Services Department provides transportation, maintenance, school safety, food service and custodial services for the district.
Mr. McLarty is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He received his Master of Education Degree from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas.
He has two sons. His oldest son is the director of orthotics at West Texas Rehab. His youngest son graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelors degree in Science/Biology and is an environmental chemist in Kansas City.
Mr. McLarty enjoys all outdoor activities including golf and fishing. He enjoys traveling and learning about other parts of the world and their cultures.
He chose education as his profession to improve the lives of young people.
