"There are worse crimes than burning books.
One of them is not reading them."
~ Joseph Brodsky ~
Welcome to the Center Point Secondary Library webpage. The Center Point Secondary Library has over 8,119 books covering many academic subjects as well as books for pleasure reading. Our goal is to provide materials that greatly improve student performance in the classom and to encourage a habit of reading, responsibility, and good citizenship.
Our purpose for the library is to promote and foster reading. We also provide materials and reference services for the completion of class assignments and research projects. To achieve these functions, a quiet environment is desirable. Consequently, students are expected to share in the responsibility of maintaining an environment which allows the library to serve the needs of all students. Students’ behavior and actions should respect the rights of others to study or use in the library.
