Reserved Parking is along Avenue C and 1^st Street. The East Gate over 1^st Street will be opened for entry. 

Both West Gates over 1^st Street will be closed.

Entry

Entry to the Pirate Bistro is only through the SG-09 Gate on 1^st Street.
