This Pirate Bistro is more than a place to enjoy good food—it is a classroom. Every menu item, every customer interaction, every challenge handled and success celebrated here has been shaped by our students’ hard work, creativity, and dedication. They have planned, prepared, served, and learned from real experience.

Today was great for students who proved that learning comes alive when responsibility meets opportunity. I am incredibly proud of what my students have accomplished and of the professionalism, teamwork, and passion you have shown.

To our teachers, staff, administrators, and community partners: thank you for believing in our students and for supporting a vision that turns education into action.

And to our families and guests: thank you for being here, for encouraging our students, and for helping make this bistro a place of connection and pride.
